Named for Swede Carlson, a bush pilot on Lake of the Woods, who owned this cabin. Completed in the early 1960's by Joe Risser and renovated in 1994.

Completed in 1993 by Joe and Brian. Named for Joe Risser who possibly was Minnesota's most experienced log builder.

Located on Pine Creek on the original Risser homestead, this cabin was completed in the mid-1950's by Joe Risser, his brother Edison and nephew Earl. Reconstructed on this site in 1996 under Joe's guidance.

The oldest log house on the Angle. Built in the early '30's by the Lawrence Goulet family and moved here from Harrison Creek in the 1940's. Former home of Houston Lockwood, the Angle's Hermit.
